Kade showed up a little later than the scheduled time, but I appreciated that the team kept me updated so I wasn’t left wondering. Once he got here, he was professional, friendly, and got right to work. He made sure to walk me through the process, and throughout the cleaning, he checked in to make sure I was happy with how things were going.
What impressed me most was Kade’s attention to detail and his commitment to getting the job done right. After he had cleaned everything, packed up his equipment, and was just about to head out, I realized two of my couch cushions hadn’t been done yet. I called out to him, and without hesitation, he smiled, unpacked his gear, and took care of it right away.
He didn’t act annoyed or rushed, he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left. That kind of customer service is rare, and it really made the experience stand out. Kade even cleaned up after himself, leaving my home in great shape.
