Julio took the time to clearly explain the entire cleaning process as he was writing up the estimate, which I really appreciated. He made sure I understood what to expect and answered all my questions without rushing. What stood out the most was how he followed through on everything he said he would do. That kind of integrity and follow-through is rare and made the whole experience even more reassuring.
I had two rugs that needed attention. A thick circular rug and a large 10 x 13 area rug. Both presented their own challenges in size and texture, but Julio handled them with no problem at all. It was clear he knew how to approach each one properly, and the results were fantastic. My rugs look refreshed, clean, and vibrant again.
