Phase 3 of McFee Park is on track to be finished in summer 2021
A 51-acre green space is on the horizon for the Town of Farragut. Phase 3 includes mass grading of the site, a new entrance on McFee Road, and site utilities and stub outs for future phases. Other planned improvements include four tennis courts, a pavilion, restrooms, and a walking trail looping around the park’s great lawn.

After the completion of Phase 3 of McFee Park, the Farragut Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a professional services agreement with Urban Engineering Inc. to design two more tennis courts. The contract is valued at $18,240. The two additional tennis courts will be added to McFee Park during the FY ’22 budget. The process will take 30 days from start to finish.
Phase three of the park’s expansion plans include a pavilion, walking trail, additional parking, and road access. The town estimates that construction will take about three to four months. The town expects to have the new tennis courts and pavilion up and running by summer 2021. The town expects to finish asphalting and sidewalks before winter.
